As you are aware, HLF expects every Parks for People project to establish baseline data and targets against each of the 5 programme outcomes. This is essential, as it allows us to show the impact the funding has had. Every project must have a full set of baseline data and targets BEFORE the stage/round 2 application is submitted – it is therefore important to collect this data during the development phase. Hall Aitken and CFP have been commissioned by HLF to support projects to establish their baseline data and targets, and then to collect and analyse progress against this.
