Baseline Data and Reporting Spreadsheets

We have reduced the amount of information we need from projects and in doing so we have created a new, simpler reporting spreadsheet. The new reporting spreadsheet requires projects to transfer previous data into the original and target columns. Projects are then required populate the actual column with their new data to show the effect of the programme.
