Learning from past projects - example evaluation report
Since Parks for People is a new programme and no projects have completed
yet, we are not able to give you an example of a final Parks for
People project evaluation. The evaluation reports of a project funded
through an earlier HLF parks programme - Glasgow Green Renewal Project,
are a very good source for ideas for methods and indicators you
could use for "measuring the success" of your Parks for
People project. Whilst this project was not specifically working
towards the same outcomes as Parks for People projects, it had wide
ranging social, economic and regeneration benefits that have been
well evidenced through research.

Outcome 1 Workshop Update
On 16th September we held a workshop focusing on Outcome 1 in
Stoke on Trent. Special thanks go to the Burslem Park project team,
who gave us a great guided tour and presentation. The workshops
gave a great opportunity to share and learn from others. It also
highlighted the importance and relevance of monitoring and evaluation
and the tools available to collect this information. Please click
